Mutual confidentiality agreement (summary)
Before we share programme details such as pricing, commission rates and commercial terms, we ask every applicant to accept these confidentiality terms. The full mutual agreement is signed during onboarding.
1. Confidential information. Anything Belton shares with you about the partner programme, including pricing, commission rates, commercial terms, service documentation and delivery processes, is confidential. Anything you share with us about your business is protected by Belton in the same way.
2. Permitted use. Confidential information may be used only to evaluate and take part in the Belton partner programme. It must not be used to build, price or deliver competing services, and must not be shared outside your organisation.
3. Duration. These obligations begin when you submit this application and continue for 36 months, whether or not a partnership proceeds.
4. No further obligation. Accepting these terms does not commit either party to proceed. Any services are governed by separate written agreements.
